Who we are?BaruchSHRM is one of many college affiliated chapters of the national organization known as the Society for Human Resource Management. Baruch SHRM's purpose of existence is to provide its constituents unique networking and learning experiences both on and off the Baruch College campus. BaruchSHRM is dedicated to instill campus presence for many of our aspiring HR professionals and supporters. We are an additional resource on campus who serves as a springboard to our members.
What we do?Present day, KNOWLEDGE is and will continue to be the most important commodity a professional can have. We at BaruchSHRM are serious to infiltrate KNOWLEDGE to our members in further developing and enhancing their interpersonal, social, creative, communicative, technical and managerial skills in order to become a better professional.

We want to thank everyone who came to our Awards Ceremony Event on Thursday. It was a nice wrap up for the semester so we hope everyone enjoyed themselves and was able to reflect back on the entire semester they shared with Baruch SHRM. We appreciate all the help and support!
